The Aerospace and Defense (AD) Substance Reporting Tool (SRT) is a MS Excel based tool compatible with IPC-1754 developed to capture and report information related to material and substance declaration in product and product-related data. 

Training modules include the following informative topics related to the IAEG AD-SRT: 

Introduction: Module 01

Instructions: Module 02

Requester-Supplier: Module 03

Requester (Customer) and Supplier legal entity and contact information associated with the data transaction 

Product Group: Module 04

Group of product declarations if they contain the same substances in their substance declaration data transaction 

Product Statement: Module 05

Query List (QL) where Supplier provides a true of false confirmation regarding their product 

Substance-in-Product: Module 06

Supplier declaration of AD substance(s) contained in the process used to manufacture the product 

Substance-in-Process: Module 07

Supplier declaration of AD substance(s) contained in the process used to manufacture the product 

Attachment: Module 08

Any additional documentation supporting the declaration 

Supplier Acceptance: Module 09

Supplier acknowledgment of declaration submission data quality
