IAEG Alert 22.2

The International Aerospace Environmental Group ® (IAEG) Work Group 9 is pleased to share an Alert on an update to Singapore’s Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA) 1999. 

Singapore has built a comprehensive regulatory framework that enforces environmental protection and control of hazardous substances. Recently, amendments were made to the law that introduced new exemptions and labeling requirements for specific hazardous substances.
